As soon as I saw Susie's skirt all I could think of was a nostalgic Christmas tin of Quality Street chocolates (specifically the chocolate sweetie wrapped in the metallic pink wrapper). When I started saying this to Susie, she giggled and completed my sentence: clearly I wasn't the only one who thought so! Better late to the party than never I guess :)

The Christopher Kane printed sandal.....probably another one of those love/hate pieces rather like Hanneli's shorts.  I think they would be brilliant as a travel shoe - easy to slip on and secure (velcro is your friend in the heat!), super comfy with the rubber sole, easy to slip on after negotiating sand, rocks and hot cement, and they would look fab with shorts or a tunic dress over a bikini. And Susie shows us how they can be worn in winter as well!
