coy colleen- I had a pair of "Timberland-esque" boots back when I was at uni (I couldn't afford real Timberland's so I went with some dodgy knock-off brand) and let me tell you, they looked nowhere NEAR this good! With my Sportsgirl (the Topshop of Australia) dungarees and these boots, I suspect I looked like I had just walked off a shift at Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo ;-)
so pleased you had a lovely trip across america, and i just had to comment on this photo, really beautiful and cool, one of the best street shots i've seen in ages. Lovely :)
Thanks everyone- this is one of my favourite photos I have taken....for once I got the background right! I really like her casual sweater (when I was processing the photo I tried to see what it had written on it- on her left arm was "1" and I think there was some Japanese letters across the chest) and her lovely cropped curls.... Maya-Hey Maya so lovely to hear from you!!! Oh my,the America trip was just so, so good. I wanna go back NOW! Thanks so much re photo, it means a lot coming from you :)))) Twocoathangers, Avyn, Roxanne, Wildernesschic-thank you guys! Gosh, looking at everyone's blog names I think I should have chosen something a bit more creative than my own name!
