Running With The Fash Pack....London Fashion Week SS 2010

Melissa Ventosa Martin, Senior Market and Fashion Editor, The New York Times Style Magazine, in quite the most fabulous thigh high boots! Love that little ruffle thingy at the top of the thigh. Anyone know which brand?
