London Fashion Week SS 2011

Completely adore her feather headdress and her E.T. pendant (I mentioned to her that I refused to see E.T. at the movies when I was little as I knew it was a sad film! Nothing has changed- I still hate sad movies ;)

And I still haven't seen E.T.

  7. Actually it's got a happy ending and it's a happy film! You would like it. Sad in the middle. Happy in the end.

  8. @anon-really?? I know I should be brave and watch it! Gosh I just worked out that it will be 30 years ago that it was released! Omg,that is soooo long ago-I bet some blog readers don't even know what E.T.is!

Must also restrict my exclamation mark usage

  9. she really included the right accessories to draw my attention away from the ultra-bagginess of her top & skirt. amazing details <3 & i want that et pendant so badly gosh. i've never watched e.t too; not that i don't like sad films, but just never got round to watching ti for some strange reason. i should really check it out real soon

  13. Agree totally with you; freakisly adore her feather headpiece; its truely amazing, definatly something that churns individuality and creativity. I couldnt acutally believe how perfetct it looked with the plain grey t-shirt; i think it was the colours, they kind of related to eachother...majorly. I am starting to fall for your blog...I'd love to hear your views on mine. X Neda X

  15. as much as i adore her feather-y fantastical headband and grey comfy-cozy tee, i gots to admit, that e.t. pendant of hers? that brought back some bad memories. sheesh.

i was not a fan (never have been, never will be) of the movie, and frankly, he freaked me right out when i was a littlie. trust me when i tell you the blonde wig scene will go down in flick-viewing infamy around these parts.

my sis even had a balloon-y punching bag adorned with his face that she wasn't allowed to play with until i was put down for a nap. ahh ... memories, right?

but like i said (after this long-winded comment)her style couldn't be any cuter if she tried - even WITH the e.t. pendant around her neck! :)

    bex.

  17. @BB- whoa!! I am loving all these ET comments- they are awesome! I vaguely remember seeing clips of the blonde wig scene- I can only imagine the horror of it as a littlie (although you were more of a littlie than me when it came out, BB!). Ha ha! Love that your sister had a balloon punching bag thing that she wasn't allowed to use until you were napping! Reminds me of Romper Room, a show that we had when I was little in Aus. There was a song that went something like "punch punch punch the ball, punching's so much fun...!!!!" Helllloooooo!

@Cecylia- I was thinking the same thing. Maybe sort of wolfish- greyhounds????
