New York Fashion Week SS 2012...Meredith

Meredith Melling Burke, Senior Market Editor, Vogue US.

Love the denim-on-denim combination. And those flares...Helllllllloooooo 70's super long legs!

  1. Wow, her legs look like they go on forever! One of the best ways I've ever seen high-waisted flare jeans, let alone a splendidly sexy way to wear denim on denim.

  3. this is amazing! in this post - http://capturethecastle1.blogspot.com/2011/09/wallflowers.html - I said that I loved what Meredith was wearing, in the blurry background of one of tommy ton for style.com's pics, and I hope that you would take a proper photo of her so I could get a better look at the outfit. Are we on the same wavelength or what?

She looks incredible - and so American. I'm really into this 1970s sporty American vibe at the moment.. total Michael Kors.

  5. @Capture the Castle- Haaaaanaaah!!! How funny is that! You know that this is so the style I love- clean, cool and yep, very American. And I love the diamond pendant around Meredith's neck- sooooooo Christie Brinkley-ish. And I hear what you are saying re Michael Kors! I am loving all things Ralph Lauren, Tory Burch, Michael Kors right now....probably cos I want to be back in The Hamptons!

  10. The diamond pendant! amazing! Total luxury in that "I only need one diamond" kind of way. I don't know what's going on but I am feeling American sportswear at the moment. Crisp white shirts, denim, thick sandals, hair in ponytail, no make up, sweatshirts... it's all good!

  21. @anon They may be Marc by Marc Jacobs Supply jeans (here), but they only come in a darker wash. Is it possible that they came in a lighter wash at some point?
