Such a sweet dress (love the pastel mint green colour)....and don't even get me started on her beautiful pale skin and perfect red lips!

    Her name is Victoria Ceridono, and she's the beuty editor of Vogue Brazil!
    She's also a blogger and a very talented makeup artist (thought that's not her profession, she does incredible looks on herself and did her own makeup on her wedding day).
