Natalie Joos (London Fashion Week February 2012) and Margaret Zhang (New York Fashion Week February 2012) in crimson red.
In homage to Kate Middleton's red Alexander McQueen dress on Sunday, I thought I would show you two ways to wear red....head to toe!
Recreate Natalie's Look (kind of):
Alice + Olivia Jenna leather shift dress
Giuseppe Zanotti patent leather pumps or ASOS Salou red patent pumps
Break up the red with navy (like Natalie's beanie and sweater) or charcoal (like Margaret's coat) if head to toe red is too much.
Recreate Margaret's Look (kind of):
Red wide leg pants: Alice + Olivia poppy wide leg pants, Kimberly Taylor Abigail pants, Diane von Furstenberg Athos wide leg pants
Double Up on Red: Valentino wide leg pants and top
Red blouses: T by Alexander Wang linen silk jersey tank, T by Alexander Wang silk and mesh shirt or Yigal Azrouel cutout blouse
I adore this. I absolutely LOVE natalie.

Love Natalie's look. It's a nod to mod style, but very 21st century at the same time.
ReplyDeleteI love these looks. Red and black are one of my favorite combos, and for some reason, I like the colors done quite modern, like these looks. No frills!

@Collections - I know, she is so great isn't she. She always looks just fabulous.
ReplyDelete@Lauren - I agree. I almost think she looks a little pixie-ish (in a cute way!) because of the top to toe red and the little beanie?
@The Foolish Aesthete - correct! No frills, just simple lines and red.
@Jessica- thanks so much! I am sure they will appreciate your comment :)
