The amazing stylist and model Victoria Sekrier, Somerset House, London, February 2012.
Recreate Victoria's look (kind of):
Cargo/army jacket: Etoile Isabel Marant Alan coat, Burberry Brit jacket, Burberry Prorsum cropped jacket, Paul &Joe Sister Spinner jacket, Derek Lam shearling trimmed jacket or ASOS parka with contrast sleeves
Camo jacket: Current/Elliott The Easy Biker jacket or ASOS army camo jacket
Striped sweater: Dagmar Liv sweater, Chinti and Parker mixed striped cashmere sweater, Thakoon Addition striped Mohair sweater, MHL by Margaret Howell striped sweater, Marc by Marc Jacobs Yaani striped sweater or J.W. Anderson Breton for Topshop stripe jumper
Rick Owens fishtail skirt, Rebecca Taylor Sanesi skirt, Vanessa Bruno flared skirt or Preen Line Danna fluted skirt
I really do love the thrown-together look of Victoria's outfit. It takes someone with a really keen eye and fervent fearlessness to pull something like this off.
ReplyDeleteAlso - your photographs really capture Vic's nonchalance and coolness. Simply beautiful!

@Tara - Totally agree with you! Her look looks so effortless, and I think that that is the key with an outfit like this. You don't want to look like you are trying to hard as there is a LOT going on. I have some new photos of Victoria from LFW which I will share soon :)
ReplyDelete@Hannah - heck yeah!
this is such a great lesson in layering. she really captured such a laidback cool with this look, and you captured it beautifully in these photos!
