Oh the brutal romanticism of winter: bare trees, grey skies, biting winds and freezing cold....the time of year when deep, dark red lips never look out of place, and black tights are de rigueur (unless you have a car and driver of course!).
Recreate Suzie's look (kind of):
Take an oversized boyfriend coat: Isabel Marant David coat, Etoile Isabel Marant Diego boucle coat, See by Chloe oversized coat with neoprene collar, Topshop boyfriend coat in boucle or mohair, Heidi Merrick Jeffrey coat with tan collar, Carven contrast collar coat, or Paul & Joe Sister double-breasted coat
And then add a pleated midi skirt: Sonia Rykiel nude pleated skirt, Topshop midi pleated skirt, Chloe pleated wool-flannel skirt, ASOS check midi skirt, or ASOS ponti midi skirt
This is such a wonderful look - from the deep, brooding "berry-bitten" lipstick to the smart, oversized coat. Suzie wears it all so well, and with such flair!

ReplyDeleteI am in love with this look, the model is flawless and it's difficult to pull off an oversized coat with out looking frumpy but she did it beautifully :) x
