After Issey Miyake, Paris, March 2012.
Winter weekends are made for catching up with family & friends and snuggling up with a good book.
The girl on the left is Anastasia Ivanova.....not sure of the other girls' name.
Recreate their look (kind of):
Wrap up in a super-sized winter scarf: ASOS mix ribbon knit scarf, ASOS long basic scarf, ASOS 3D check oversized scarf, or ASOS neon and metallic scarf
Versace black leather jacket, Lot 78 Biker jacket, Proenza Schouler leather jacket, ASOS leather biker jacket, or Whistles Mila leather jacket
J Brand 811 skinny jeans, Citizens of Humanity Thompson jeans, or ASOS supersoft high waist skinny jeans
Such a lovely casual model off duty look! I so wish my legs were that long!

You could also knit that mega scarf for yourself. Here's a "pattern":
ReplyDeleteUsing Malabrigo Chunky in Burgundy and 6.5mm (US10.5) needles, cast on 50 stitches
Row 1: [knit 2, purl 2] across 48 stitches, knit 2
Row 2: [purl 2, knit 2] across 48 stitches, purl 2
Repeat these two rows until scarf measures 72 inches (or your desired length). Bind off in pattern and weave in ends.
Of course, you might need 5 or 6 skeins of yarn to make it that big!
