Paris Couture Fashion Week AW 2013....Elvira

Elvira Rezzonico from The Russian Code blog, before Chanel, Paris, July 2013.

Such a cute little outfit (skort + top) from Three Floor!

Recreate Elvira's look (kind of):

Three Floor Carnaby skort or Three Floor skyline skirt (if you like the fabric but aren't keen on wearing a teeny skort).

Prada Flower sunglasses

  4. Oh my! I must've been practically next to you! This looks like it's outside Chanel? I took a similar pic of Elvira (although I had no idea who she was then, I just liked her look and saw her at different shows that day, she's so cute!). Shame I didn't 'spot you'!

  5. @Brigadeiro - ahhhh, no way???!!!!! That is so funny! How did you enjoy Paris with the little ones in tow?! It was lovely weather.....not too hot and not too cold although a lot of people had sweaters/jackets on on the day it rained.

  6. Absolutely LOVED Paris! Thankfully had my mom/parents (who were/are living in Paris) to help babysit, so I managed to do more than I normally would with the little ones (inc. attend fashion shows and such :) ). The weather was lovely indeed, got rather hot in the last two weeks though! Mid-30's and fairly humid, but I miss it now I'm in cold wintery Australia... Just got back a few days ago and can't wait for jet-lag to pass!

    1. Oooo that is wonderful!!!! So happy you had an amazing time...and very handy having your parents there to help assist with the littlies. Yes, that is what the weather is usually like at that time of year - once I was there and it was 39 degrees! It was sooooo hot. I think the seasons have just been pushed back a bit. Hope you got to eat lots of delicious food?! Did you go to the Palace of Versailles? I have only been once many years ago but would love to go again. However the reports of the crowds and having to wait for a couple of hours to get in has rather put me off going....

    2. I didn't go to Versailles this time either, as it's a long 'day trip' with two little ones. Instead we went to Champagne for 2 days (my first night ever without kids, since having them) and one week in Provence (divine!).

Delicious food? Oh, yes! Too much of it (well, no such thing, haha - wish I could continue walking like I did in Paris/France). Took SO many pictures (2000?), not counting Instagram, haha. In fact, because I accidentally deleted my Photoshop, I've been sharing my 'Instatravel Diary' on my blog, with pics of Paris/Provence/Food: http://www.brigadeirochoc.blogspot.com.au/search/label/Instatravel

I think it was 39 degrees on one of the days we were there. I did hear that the seasons got pushed back, as it was still quite close to when I was supposed to go, and my parents were in jackets and such. Apparently it also means wine/champagne will not be good for 2013.
