Running With The Fash Pack....London and Paris Fashion Weeks A/W 2010

3 ways with the utility/military trend in London, (Ellie, above), and Paris (below)

Taylor Tomasi-Hill (below). Did everyone see the Refinery29 feature on Taylor's NYC pad? So beautiful: I think most of us would leap at the chance to have a rummage through Taylor's wardrobe!

In the photo below, you can't really see but Taylor had on the most fabulous necklace - I caught sight of it later in the day as she was striding through the Tuileries. I love the idea of wearing blingy, glamorous necklaces (and cocktail rings) for day- it seems a shame to keep them only for evening events. And if you are worried about stares on the 8:00am train, metro, tube or subway just wear an oversized anorak/parka like Taylor to conceal your sparkly pieces until you get to work.
Christine Centenera, Fashion Editor Harper's Bazaar (Australia), looking totally amazing as usual (below)
p.s. I am not even going to comment on Taylor's giant Chanel handbag......except to say, Karl, my Nikon D700 would fit quite nicely in there!

  1. Haha! Very much appreciating the Australian presence!
Love the military trend and I totally share the sentiment about the giant Chanel bag ;) I mean...you always need another Chanel bag. That's what I told my Dad anyway...he didn't believe me.

    Sigh.

  2. I love Taylor's rough femininity! I was trying to decide which piece of her outfit I liked the most and gave up - I love every piece she's wearing! I totally agree I'd love to rummage through her wardrobe, too, or better - swap houses!
