One Mawi "cocktail" necklace (do you see the little gekko on the side?!)
Two different looks

p.s. I think in the first photos she said the print on her skirt was from the Royal College of Art (London)
A blog about a girl, her nikon and a great big love affair

Love her lace-up peep-toe boots, corset-style belt and high-waisted skirt.
Fashion journalist and creator of the fabulous PRISM glasses (she is wearing the Rio in cream tortoiseshell in the photo, I think), Anna Laub. You can check out Anna's blog here and find out more about her cool glasses here.
Marcus Lindstedt, owner/buyer for Pit Stop, Stockholm.
Having a love affair with Timberland-esque boots at the moment in the urban environment. Probably not a coincidence that I have also developed an obsession with The Wire....in the early series Timberland's seemed to be the choice of footwear for the boys in the game (anyone who has watched The Wire will know what I mean: D'Angelo, Wallace et al).
Assistant to The Sartorialist, Tracy Rosenbaum, in Burberry trench and all manner of other Gorgeous Things. Adore her turquoise necklace (think she said it was from J.Crew) and her fab wedges in the bottom photo- note the inscription on the side? "Seance On A Wet Afternoon"! Indeed.
p.s. If you are utterly bored, procrastinating and in need of a little diversion and/or just plain curious, you might like to read the wee interview I just gave on Refinery 29. You can check it out here.
The Vogue UK girls were on the utility trend early: Pippa Holt (left- former Fashion Features Associate) and Emily Zak (Acting Executive Fashion Editor)
Mmmm have a pair of Punk Royal cargo pants (anyone remember them circa 2001/2002? Those khaki Italian army trousers with Punk Royal written in rather large gothic letters across the ar*e??) squirrelled away somewhere in my wardrobe: must pull them out, dust off and resurrect for the coming Spring/Summer. The utility trend shall not pass me by!p.s. Talking about Punk Royal (the brand) looks like they are back in business after going bankrupt. And the new jeans line will be out in Spring this year. Check out their website here.
Being Australia Day (waves to any Aussie readers out there!), I couldn't resist including two Aussies that I photographed in Paris outside the Collette Dinnigan show in Paris last season.
Michelle, from Australian NW magazine, outside the Collette Dinnigan show in Paris. NW magazine used to be one of my weekly must-reads when I was living back home in Australia: great for catching up on all the celeb gossip during the train/bus ride home.
The perennially elegant (and beautiful) Caroline Issa, publisher and editor of TANK magazine. Love the sportswear influence (the hoodie) teamed with the Louboutin's.
Laily, who is Brazilian (she is from Sao Paulo) but who currently lives in Dublin but who I met in Soho in New York! Laily's sunglasses are Balenciaga and her badge, Sonia Rykiel.
I took this guy's photo after passing him while he was lining up at a street vendor/lunch truck in Soho to buy his lunch. I rather liked his casual, slung-together look and especially his suede shoes. And because his lunch looked very tasty, I went back to the street vendor about an hour later and got one of the beef/beans/rice wraps for myself (flinging aside all thoughts of food poisoning, of course!). And it was nice although I think they had just cleaned the grill so there was an ever so slight whiff of detergent which accompanied most bites!
